Since they knew they couldn't verify ts, then I don't see why they're due an apology. Well, they were told by HP that they were getting the latest version. It is too bad that HP doesn't provide a way to check wch version a person is buying without having to actuly cut open the package. so like to add that I did cl HP support before deciding to send the cculator back to Samson Cable. I did not find them to be l that helpful. The service tech said it would take about a month for me to get a replacement (I live in the U.S.) My only option being to send them the old one and wait for them to send me a new one after they received mine. Samson Cable said they would get my replacement cculator out the next business day after receiving the old on. Of course, there is no guarantee that the replacement 49g+ I get from Samson Cable will be the updated version. If it is not then I will be forced to wait a month or more for HP to get me a new one. === Subject: What brands of SD ca are you using???
