I recognize that the DELETE presented above is inadequate because of collisions. I'm working on that. The tricky part is storing to the same key. The current code adds the second instance of an identical key just the same as for a hash collision. This makes deletion of entries unreliable, since you'd have to delete as many times as you added the same key. What should happen deletion (of a key that exists) will always remove the one and only match. The other thing that makes this interesting is the fact that there is no delete entry from list builtin. Here's my attempt at a UserRPL version: rmel @ Takes a list on level 2 and an element number in level 1. @ Removes that element from the list. Hmmm... I see three different ways to solve this: Solution #1 ----------- Teach your friend variable substitution: Be X the angle in radians and G the same angle in degrees. Then X=G*Pi/180, dX=dG*Pi/180 and int(0,180,SIN(X),X) becomes int(0,Pi,SIN(G*Pi/180)*Pi/180,G) which yields 2. Solution #2 ----------- Tell your friend to use unit objects as integration limits: this works regardless of the current angle mode: int(0_¡,180_¡,SIN(X),X) yields 2. (after a switch to approx mode) Solution #3 ----------- Hey Cyrille, you're the boss, pretty please, fix the CAS! ;)))))) Ciao! -- Stefano Priore | Debian Sarge 3.1r0 --------------------------------+-------------------------------- Video meliora proboque, | Linux Registered User #210152 autem deteriora sequor... | Linux Registered Machine #97752 === Subject: Re: help me explain this > Solution #1 > ----------- > Teach your friend variable substitution: Be X the angle in radians and G the > same angle in degrees.
