a scientific calculator. A graphingcalculator is good only when
you understand the mathematics which you areexamining with it.
A good, old fashioned textbook is much, much better than aweb
site and phone calls. Quite possibly you did not effectively
learnelementary algebra and should restudy it in order to
effectively studyintermediate algebra. G C===

terms of the other variable, then substituting the result in
the remaining equation(s).Here, is it easiest to solve for t
in terms of x or t in terms of y? I think most people would
say t in terms of y is easier. Do that, then substitute into
the equation for x. You will now have an equation involving
only x and y.Depending on the form your teacher requires, that
may be enough, or you may need to do further algebra to convert
it to an equation with y isola on the left and some expression
